Expressions of Interest for Season 2026-2027 (New Members)

✏️ Complete this registration to place your child(ren) on the pre-season intake waiting list for Season 2026–2027.

With Season 2025-2026 over subscribed, next Season's wait list is now open.

  ▸ Riders must be 11 years or older as at 31 December 2026.
  ▸ Intake is strictly first-in, first-served — places are not based on rider ability.
  ▸ Parents of existing members should also use this form to register eligible siblings.

✔ What happens next

  ▸ After you register, we’ll securely hold your details until planning begins for the 2026 pre-season.
  ▸ July: Siblings of current members will be prioritised. The committee will then assess if space is available for a muster.
  ▸ August: If spaces are confirmed, we’ll email families on the waiting list with an invitation to register for the pre-season muster.

There won’t be further updates until July/August. Keep riding with your kids to build their confidence and fitness on the trails!

⏰ Important
Whilst registrations close end of July 2026, it's very likely (based on previous years) that we'll reach max capacity well before this date. If you are interested to join, we recommend doing so well in advance.
