Originally established in 2004, Jafakids became an independent club in 2019 and continues to grow as a thriving community of passionate riders. The academy is proudly affiliated with leading mountain biking organisations, helping young riders connect with the broader cycling community.

To empower young riders through adventurous mountain biking experiences, fostering personal growth, resilience and a lifelong connection with the outdoors. Jafakids provides supportive coaching where riders of all abilities thrive, building skills, confidence and lasting friendships along the trail.

Jafakids Mission:

• Promote and encourage mountain biking for youth in the Auckland area
• Develop fundamental mountain biking skills and knowledge through engaging coaching
• Grow riders of all ages to be able to coach others
• Strengthen friendships and family bonds through the love of mountain biking
